The hotel is located in Paul-Gossen-Strasse/Koldestrasse in Erlangen and has over 130 rooms. The start of construction of this hotel, which bears the name 'niu Cure, is planned for the end of 2019.
Russelsheim-based MERKUR Development Holding (MERKUR) and NOVUM Hospitality are continuing to extend their partnership. MERKUR, as developer for NOVUM Hospitality, is to build a new hotel at Mergenthaler Allee 23-25 in Eschborn/Taunus.
The niu Dairy, with 84 rooms, is NOVUM Hospitality’s third niu Hotel and the first niu outside Germany.
With the finishing touches almost complete, NOVUM Hospitality will be opening its first niu hotel on February 1. With over 146 rooms in three separate categories, the niu Cobbles will be available to book at the special opening discount of just 79 euros.
NOVUM Hospitality and MERKUR Development Holding GmbH have begun work on a third niu hotel in the Fasanenhof district of Stuttgart. Completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2019. The project volume amounts to 30 million Euros.
Hotel to Operate as Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress Hotel
NOVUM has partnered up with Commerz Real, as the proprietor, as well as GOLD.STEIN real estate M+E GmbH & Co.KG, as the project developer, for this project. The purchase was structured by Commerz Real as an asset deal in the form of a forward funding project.
NOVUM Hospitality’s niu hotel in Haarlem is quickly taking shape and will open earlier than anticipated: Featuring 84 rooms on 3,000 square meters, the innovative, mid-range hotel niu will open its doors in the Dutch city of Haarlem by the end of March 2018 instead of in the second quarter of the year, as previously planned.
The niu Bricks in Eppendorf will be the third niu in Hamburg, after the niu Keg in Wandsbek and the niu Rough in Horn.
The NOVUM Hotel Group rents the 103-room hotel on the centrally located Gebhardtstrasse from P&P Real Estate GmbH. The opening is scheduled for mid-2018.
