Foley Entertainment Group (FEG), established by businessman and Sonoma Valley vintner, Bill Foley, has acquired Sonoma's iconic MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa from Lat33 Capital.
FEG will assume operations of Farmhouse Inn effective immediately, together with the Bartolomei family who will continue to be active in the property's future.
