Now guests staying in their suite room types can enjoy a perfectly chilled glass of wine in the comfort of their room, while peering out at the ocean, at the tap of a button.

It’s no secret that where F & B is concerned, not much has changed for hotels. If a guest wants a glass of wine in their room, they call room service and wait. Plum has revolutionized all that. Plum is an in-room, personalized device that dispenses a perfectly chilled glass of wine on-demand. It houses two bottles of wine, that can be kept preserved for up to 90 days using argon gas. F&B managers can choose their signature or seasonal wines, or have guests customize their wine to their liking. Once a glass is poured, Plum automatically bills the guest and alerts hotel staff when a bottle needs to be replaced.
