Plum is an in-room, personalized device that dispenses a perfectly chilled glass of wine on-demand. It houses two bottles of wine, that can be kept preserved for up to 90 days using argon gas. F&B managers can choose their signature or seasonal wines, or have guests customize their wine to their liking. Once a glass is poured, Plum automatically bills the guest and alerts hotel staff when a bottle needs to be replaced.
