Huff, Niehaus Closes Two Hotel Transactions in Early March

Hotel Brokers International

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a Kentucky-based member of Hotel Brokers International, announces it successfully brokered the sale of two hotels last week.  The hotels include a dual-branded hotel in one market and the other a small owner/operator property.  Assets included in these transactions were located in Kentucky and Ohio.  Both hotels were exclusively listed by Brandt Niehaus.

The 99-room Days Inn and Knights Inn located in Frankfort, Kentucky, was sold to RANG LLC, an experienced hotel owner from out of state wanting to invest in the Kentucky hotel market.  The 42-room Carefree Inn in Lebanon, Ohio, was sold to a first-time hotel owner/operator.

“I’m glad to have been a part of each transaction and to assist my clients with finding qualified Buyers for their assets,” said Brandt Niehaus.
