REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent, completed

  • At least 7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant - supporting at least 2 executives (simultaneously) at VP level or above

  • Experience with: making corporate travel arrangements, expense reporting, managing multiple calendars, scheduling, expense reporting, maintaining confidentiality

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook

  • Strong written and oral communication skills - will be interacting with high level executives on a regular basis

  • Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner

  • Analytical thinking skills / problem solver

  • Ability to show initiative or "go above and beyond"

  • Able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive matters

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking an Executive Assistant in St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to 3 SVPs within the department

  • Making travel arrangements (flight + hotel)

  • Calendar management

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Expense reporting

  • Assisting visitors

  • Answering/transferring phone calls and taking messages

  • Compiling various reports

  • Composes and edits correspondence and/or memoranda from dictation, verbal direction or from knowledge of established policies

  • May prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings

  • Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and other documents

  • Sorts, screens, reviews and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
