Currently seeking ENTRY LEVEL Hotel Reservation Agents in a call center environment in North Phoenix!
ENTRY LEVEL Hotel Reservation Agent Job Description:
-Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
-Up sell/Close Sales transactions
-Consistently achieve revenue goals
-Provide quality customer service
ENTRY LEVEL Hotel Reservation Agent Job Requirements:
-Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays
-Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience
-Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
-Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
-Must be willing to submit to a drug and background test
-Dress code is business casual, no visible tattoos or facial piercings
ENTRY LEVEL Shifts (Must be willing to work any 8 hour shift between these hours):
AM 4:00 AM-4:30 PM Sun-Sat
MID 8:30AM-8:30 PM Sun- Sat
PM 12:30 PM- 12:00 AM Sun-Sat
No call center experience required!
