OfficeTeam is looking for a Receptionist to assist our client in a fast paced organization located in the downtown Bellevue. As the Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to staff and leadership team. You will also assist with payroll, recruiting, scheduling and managing workflow. You will provide a positive customer service attitude as well as present a professional appearance. This position is a temporary to hire opportunity. Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls in a professional, warm and courteous manner and accurately direct callers to the appropriate staff member or department ? Greet office visitors in a professional and friendly manner ? Sort and distribute daily mail, faxes and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner ? Order and stock office and kitchen supplies ? Order lunches for meetings and make hotel reservations for vendors ?
