We currently have a temporary opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist who will be the first face of the company. The front desk coordinator/receptionist will be handling travel and hotel arrangements, answering and transferring calls, be an effective first point of contact for the company, as well as handling scanning, filing and general office duties. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist will posses a great phone demeanor and have experience in arranging travel.
