As our Hotel Design Conversion Specialist, your mission is to guide hotels currently transitioning to the Best Western brand through all design elements of the on-boarding process.
This position will be based from your home office near a major metropolitan airport in any of the following states:
- New York
Please note that this position requires travel of approximately 75-80 percent.
Drawing on your previous hospitality or commercial design experience, specifically with guideline and standard review, you will ensure all aspects of hotel conversions meet guidelines and adhere to Best Western standards. Your ability to assess current design, cast a vision consistent with Best Western's brand and communicate that vision effectively will serve as the foundation for your success in this role. Your consultative nature and strong relationship building skills will promote new hotel buy-in and allow you to connect the on-boarding hotel with the Best Western brand. Your extensive knowledge of reviewing specs, design compliance and workmanship standards will help guide on-boarding hotels through the process from beginning to end.
