Previous experience focused on customer service and safety preferred.  Must have excellent phone skills.

The primary purpose of this position is to implement and uphold the facility's customer service programs in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that resident and employee safety can be maintained through appropriate safety measures.

  • Maintains sign in/ sign out log for Residents and visitors

  • Participates in Pantry Project for food management

  • Facilitates room change procedures in collaboration with the IDT

  • Ensures LOA status' are updated and available at all times

  • Coordinates with Social Services for clothes labeling upon resident admission       

  • Performs wander guard and window checks

  • Maintains inventory/ upkeep of travel bags including transportation paperwork tracking

  • Coordinates customer service functions with other departments as necessary.

  • Maintains high level of customer service, smiling greeting, and directing individuals to appropriate places.

  • Plans and prioritizes work effectively.
