Our Residence Inn is seeking experienced HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER candidates for this career opportunity. Must have minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, and possess a 4-year degree, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. Marriott experience is very helpful. The GM is responsible for the overall success of the property, and oversees sales and growth, guest service, staff management, P&L results, maintenance & grounds, and food service. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded. Must be committed to providing superior guest service. Must have proven record of developing and leading a successful team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
