  • This role is cross functional and will lead to a ton of opportunity and career growth.
  • Incumbent must be able to sit for long periods of time and remain on the phone for 7 or more hours.

 

 Job Purpose

Act as a service relationship management professional for company's customers, employer groups and providers to successfully service healthcare insurance needs.  Provide consistent, reliable and customized stakeholder service interactions in a highly efficient and effective manner. Strengthen the company's brand by developing, managing and expanding customer relationships at service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of call center experience is required.
  • Experience operating in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment required.
